Bootchart perl port

bootchart.pl is a basic port of the Java bootchart post-processing program written by Ziga Mahkovec. It only outputs SVG (PNG are rendered with rsvg on this page). It mostly complies to the original program and display comparable informations, although not as nicely (does not trim down similar processes, no dependency graph).
